RFI manager

The person responsible for overseeing a request for information throughout its lifecycle. This person is the gatekeeper between the creator and the design team and is responsible for reviewing all drafts and either providing a response and closing them out, or opening the drafts, assigning them a number, and then assigning them to the appropriate member of the design team, who then provides a response to the question.

An RFI manager oversees the process of handling and responding to requests for information. They ensure timely communication and resolution of queries, maintaining project progress and minimizing disruptions.
